I love the new reality show The Apprentice!! I haven’t actually WATCHED the show (in general I despise reality shows) but I love it just the same. Why? Because it’s bumped Scrubs to a different night leaving Thursday 9pm wide open for Tivo to record CSI!! I don’t know where I’ve been the last few years, but I only discovered this fantastic show this season. If/when Scrubs is moved back to its regular slot, I’m going to be seriously torn on which show to continue recording. Maybe I’ll have to dust off the ol’ VCR upstairs and task it on the unchosen one (I wonder if I even have any blank tapes laying around the house?).
The original is much better than CSI:Miami. The characters are just more fun-- they're quirky in entertaining ways, as opposed to CSI:Miami's annoying ones (someone please tell David Caruso that putting his hands on his hips and cocking his head does not constitute acting).
I think CSI is going to be rerun on A&E (AKA the Law & Order network).
In the meantime, TiVo MI-5. You'll thank me.
Yeah, I haven't bothered to branch out and try CSI:Miami yet.
I did watch one episode of MI-5 a while back and I wasn't all that impressed. I considered that it might just have been a bad episode, but I haven't bothered watching another since.
I too despise reality shows... good to hear that you do too. I guess we can still be friends.
