When I started dieting and exercising 11 weeks ago, I set a goal to lose 20 pounds (which would put me in the Normal range on the BMI scale). Last night I hit that goal; it's been 3 weeks since I quit eDiets, and I lost the last 5 lbs. "on my own." I'm still pretty suprised at how easy it's been! But, now that I'm at 169, I see that I've still got weight to lose, so there's no reason to stop now. I'm afraid I won't be satisfied until I look like Kate Moss! (which, honestly, is going to take a lot of facial reconstruction surgery...)
Yeah, I've lost about 15 since the absence of Josh...shall we have a race for skeletal?!
