I have never seen the movie, so I may be able to answer my own question if I indeed just probably watched it...

I'd say don't watch it. The film is filled with disgusting stunts that a fine family man such as yourself just shouldn't be watching... Many puke inducing moments...
I 100% agree with Jake. If you enjoy being absolutely grossed out go ahead and watch it. There were a few times during the movie where I seriously almost gagged and even one part where I couldn't watch. It was the most disgustingly painful movie I've ever seen. If you like that kind of thing though then you will love it!
