Looks like a nice trip, a lot like the one I did straight out of college.
You've got a lot of night trains in there. Get your reservations early if you want anything resembling a bed, as they fill up pretty fast.
I personally love Florence and Tuscany. It's my favorite part of Italy. I hope two days is enough!
